Veggie Fajita Quinoa Meal 

A scrumptious and sound veggie fajita heat stacked with quinoa, beans, cheddar, and crisp vegetables! The scraps keep going for as long as three days and taste extraordinary. 


Fixings 
1 glass quinoa 

3 tablespoons olive oil 

1/2 teaspoon pounded chipotle bean stew drops (include somewhat more in the event that you like warmth)

1 glass canned white beans, depleted and washed 

1/4 glass new cilantro leaves, hacked 

1 and 1/2 mugs Colby-Jack cheddar, destroyed 

Diced avocado, tomato, cilantro, and red onion, diced, for topping (discretionary) 

Directions 
Preheat stove to 375 degrees (F). Gently oil a 2 quart heating dish; put aside. 

In an extensive pan include 2 glasses water and cook quinoa as per bundle guidelines. Once completely cooked, exchange it to a vast bowl and put aside. 

Warmth olive oil in a pot over medium high warmth. Mix in smashed chipotle bean stew pieces, bean stew powder, dried oregano, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper and speed to join. Include the red, orange, and yellow peppers and red onion, blend to join and cook, mixing as often as possible, for 8 minutes.
